I am happily studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) at Endeavour College of Natural Health, Adelaide Campus and am due to graduate mid-2018. I already have a plethora of various certificates and am a qualified Life Coach.

I started way back in November 2010 in Brisbane (and actually way before that, but that’s another story). Since then I moved to Adelaide, completed 2 rounds of IVF and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named Victor, separated from my husband and went back to full time study. I now have a baby boy, that just appeared magically due end of April 2017, named Oliver. It’s amazing what the body can do.

My goals are to complete my Nutrition degree, and my concurrent Cert III and IV in Fitness with FitCollege Adelaide, my certificate in Nutrition and Health Coaching with Cadence, and then hopefully finish it all off with an Honours degree and do the few extra herbal subjects to be a Naturopath as well.

I’m mainly interested in weight loss, and teaching others how to be healthy and make healthy choices whilst dropping the guilt when they’re not 100% perfect. I specialise in gut healing using Kale Brock’s Gut Healing Protocol, and am directly referred to by Kale Brock himself.

I live on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia where there is an abundance of fresh, local produce, sun, sand and water. I live with my son Victor whom is now 3yrs and am getting to add another little boy to the family.

We are currently working on an edible, sensory garden in the back garden and a native edible front garden, along with learning lots of interesting things along the way, like how plants need lots of water and how big do sunflowers grow.
